M31 from Latitude 30 degrees South!
Opportunities to image the Andromeda Galaxy from my part of Australia are extremely rare. Late last year I travelled nearly 4 degrees north to dark skies. I captured this over 2 nights when it was highest (14 to 18 degrees above the horizon) 🔭 #astrophotography

The Australian Public Service Commission wrote to staff reminding the against antisemitic behaviour at work. No warnings tho about racism against First Nations despite 41% of Aboriginal public servants report feeling unsafe at work. Appears there’s now a hierarchy of racism. tinyurl.com/3bf9uf9k

btw the pro-genocide crowd at International Convention Centre <did> get instructions from police on safely exiting to avoid Town Hall. The crowd at Town Hall got “instructions” from police by fists, pepper spray, and steel cap boots.

What does justify a royal commission is the actions of the NSW government and NSW Police in the lead-up to and events of last night in the Sydney CBD. Any internal investigation will have no credibility.
