I feel insane. I feel like if this was a movie at this point I would say "this is so unbelievable, they're not even TRYING to pretend to give a shit about people anymore". I'd think it was corny and stop watching

Felt kind of hopeless today, then felt bad about feeling hopeless. Then I realized, some days are going to hopeless days and that’s okay. The grief is part of what keeps us going.
Gotta give yourself space to grieve.
