My thoughts on the new Acela:
1. Ride quality is excellent!
2. Amtrak NEEDS to sort out the issues with the doors ASAP. It's my only major gripe - we lost a good 45 minutes thanks to doors.
3. Excellent onboard service/vibes/ambiance. Very Star Trek look and super-friendly crew.
Overall, 8/10.
