Not to express my Judith Butler brain disease, but a tremendous disconnect in American society is created by the conflation of sex, sexuality, and gender and the view they are a product of traits that are simultaneously essential and pure social performance which must be constantly upheld.
So many men go through life like that. You can play poker because it's right-coded, you can't enjoy fruity alcoholic drinks because they're women-coded, you can't lick an ice cream cone because it's gay-coded. All day, every day, choosing and judging things based on coding for narrow norms.

This is heartbreakingly cruel and hypocritical. The same admin that has redefined refugee status to cover white South Africans is now going to drown thousands of refugees already approved for their status in red tape, potentially even seeking to strip some of their status and deport them.
Trump Admin planning a rule to re-decide whether *every* refugee who entered under Biden meets their criteria for a refugee. That’s 230,000 people! And no appeals!

Updates! I went to a running store, got some shoes (after they did the whole imaging thing) AND I have now done 5 run/walk/jogs in the last 2+ weeks (15-20 mins each). I need all the advice - how many times should I do this per week? My shins hurt, help!
