There are so many recipes[especially for "keto bagels" out there. I believe none of them.
Most things called bagels AREN'T bagels even when made with wheat flour (IMOO) so I have no faith in a keto version.

I tried your cookie recipe, but I used a Splenda instead of granulated sugar replacement, added melted butter that the recipe didn't call for, and cooked it at a higher temperature because I was in hurry. The cookies were horrible.
