This is great! I didn’t know about this law! We need more housing in California, especially in places like LA where I live. This will eventually bring costs down. And I say this as a homeowner. My home value will drop, and I’m ok with that. We have to make it easier for people to live here.

Haha! I did this once when my kids were 9 and 7. It was a class on character development and character arcs. At one point my 9 year old daughter chimed in from the back of the class about one of my student’s scripts. 😊

I’m sure we’re going to see more and more stories like this in the coming years. Pro, college, and even high school sports gambling has exploded recently. And the leagues are embracing it. ESPN and every network are promoting it everywhere. So no one should be surprised by this. It’s sad, though.
