Having finished reading the latest paper issue of @bylinetimes.bsky.social I feel constructively angry about injustice and malevolence. Wondering if this might be an echo chamber, I recalled my disgust after reading populist journalism. I will stick to my constructively provocative echo chamber.

Today my secret diner is crowded. Most menu items were exhausted. The staff know my tastes. My soup became a beautiful platter of melon slices garnished with grapes, orange, and kiwi. My chops arrived with a plate piled with broccoli on a bed of peas. Serendipitous delight!

Today I learned how to check a vehicle as it enters and leaves a prison. This is not a skill that a library worker is expected to use except to notice if prison colleagues are cutting corners.
