My workplace is like 80-90% women and it's the best work environment I've ever had.
Contrary to what dudes think it be like based of shitty 90s sitcoms, it's been zero drama, zero anxiety, zero dealing with bullshit. While not perfect, everyone knows what's going on and there's no surprises.
