I just posted about a long-term debate I've had with a friend who went MAGA.

Someone asked while I still engage them, and I said I refuse to let them masturbate in a public area peacefully.

Anyone else still talking to MAGA? Just me?

Well, I can't blame you...

Five months ago, I recorded a 10-minute explanation, as a former regulator, of why the UK would be not only perfectly within its rights to ban twitter, but probably ought to.

Maybe now people will listen.

Many of you know that I lived in Syria back in the mid-90s. It was a joyous time to be there - there was hope that peace would finally be achieved, and Syria would join the modern world in its governance, even as "secret" police listened in on phone calls and locals bit their tongues.
