Far too many people in our posh bit of Yorkshire go for "classy" sparkly white lights to show off their outlined sash windows on their Georgian town houses.
Sure that's fine, but we all know that letting Christmas vomit its way into our lives is clearly the better choice

In significant developments of the weekend, I think my 35yr reign as chief mince pie maker may well be at an end.
I still got to help a bit, but I was very much second fiddle to 11 (and begrudgingly have to admit his pastry was better than mine is)
