We just saw a huge fox at the corner of our yard. It stood there and stared at us sitting in the sunroom. We’re concerned about seeing a fox in the daytime... let alone one the size of an average golden retriever.

I had some meat and bread both on their way out, but we also had some homemade sauerkraut that my husband got after putting in a day of labor for some friends, and some great mustard we got as part of a Christmas gift.
Truly, we are living our Irish ancestors’ greatest dreams. 😂

While we wait for our planned seeds to arrive, we’ve gone ahead and potted some old seeds from Brandon’s brother. I’m not fully expecting them to germinate, but with a heat mat and some lights, they might have a chance!

I spent my night planning my garden and ordering seeds. Really hopefully we can stick with it this year since we have fewer travel plans!
