I was looking through a pile of works on paper this afternoon and found this. I'd completely forgotten it, and I don't really remember making it. Still, it seems to have grown into something different than I intended.

Fun fact: Carney wasn’t even welcome in Prince Rupert for this announcement — local nations including Lax Kw’alaams and Metlakatla are opposing Ksi Lisims LNG. He had to change the venue last minute, yet the Feds and province are still rushing to fast-track this giveaway to US billionaires. #bcpoli

Exactly: an uneducated audience is an accepting audience.
"They care about a great gaming experience – maybe not about how it was created so much,"
Whereas we've seen AI cause outrage in PC and console games, it's far more accepted in mobile. "I think in the free-to-play world, it's not so much of a topic," says InnoGames chairman Hendrik Klindworth. "We are positive about the opportunities of AI."

Thanks to my colleagues for supporting this motion to push back on the Province's Bill 60. If Bill 60 passes it will put tremendous pressure on tenants, pressure they can't afford. 80% of the people who live in Ward 2 are tenants, 50%+ in the lower city, and 34% citywide. It matters. #HamOnt

Attn: Liberals
that UBI lifts people out of poverty and in most cases allows them to thrive has been proven and written about time over time. however if you keep electing politicians that think poor people should die we won't get anywhere with this.

Just wow. Toxic af.
Just want you to know that when I asked Geoff why he gave the silent treatment to an open letter written by his own "future of games" program (& co-signed by 3000+ industry peers), he replied:

"Because that's my show and nobody gets to tell me how I should use my platform". 💀💀💀
“Don’t gather some of the most brilliant activists in the industry, treat us like crap, and then expect us to do nothing about it.” After the Game Awards cancelled its Future Class programme, @alyssamerc.bsky.social talked to its former honorees

New in #LuminesArise is the "burst" mechanic that creates a bit of mild time pressure and the chance to massively boost your score. Similar to previous versions, you unlock various themes (with excellent music tracks) that you can create playlists of. Here are some of my favourites...

It also messes up mute lists.
Please don't do it.
If a word has some letters replaced with asterisks, this could confuse people. This includes people with cognitive and reading disabilities, and those learning the language. Screen reader users won't necessarily know what the word is meant to be, as it could sound like gibberish.
