Might as well call it the "Trump Peace Prize" because we all know Infantino made it for him in the first place. #FIFA #Trump

For good or ill — and usually a bit of both — London always holds a special place in my mind, even though I don’t live there… or in England at all.
Hearing it come alive in this letter, performed by Benedict Cumberbatch, was the best start to the day I could’ve hoped for.

Watched #AvatarFireandAsh yesterday at an early pre-screening, and now that the social media embargo has been lifted, I'll say this:
The third film in Cameron's five-part epic is epic, overwhelming and extremely good.
It is also darker and more complex than the first two films.

On my way to a very early pre-screening of Avatar: Fire & Ash. Can't wait! 🤓
I remember for The Way of Water, I watched a very early screening at Park Road Post Production in Wellington, with the film's art director, if I'm not mistaken.
I miss New Zealand.

This has to be one of George Clooney's best performances to date. And even Adam Sandler behaves himself in this one.

It's not perfect, but in those scenes where Clooney can stretch his acting wings, it's amazing.

Stranger Things 5 is here.

Back in October, I joined three press conferences with the cast and creators. Here’s the first article, featuring David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Noah Schnapp, and Shawn Levy.

Enjoy.

The new trailer for #Kraken is here, a film I’ve been looking forward to for quite a while.

Speaking as a Norwegian, I get that our genre filmmakers love their homages — but does it really have to be this blatant?

Let's try to have original ideas in our monster movies next time, okay?

Watched Rian Johnson's newest Benoit Blanc, Wake Up Dead Man, mystery this weekend, and yes, it was very good.

Also, calling it a "Knifes Out Mystery", as Netflix seems to do, doesn't really make sense, as that was the name of the first film.

Finally got to see on Netflix today after I missed the press screening a while back. Besides a few nitpicks here and there, and some dodgy VFX in a couple of scenes, it was good.

Here in Norway, it's practically written in the laws that one must like Sentimental Value. But I didn't, so I expect the authorities on my door any day now.
