What subjects are taught?

In Aloutia, most of the 'usual' subjects, but there's an emphasis on morals/ethics/'doing the right thing and being a good person'

I'll also answer this one specifically for Five Saint's Academy in Aloutia
Five Saints Academy = top Aloutian academy. Mind Godbloods often attend, as well as the most academically gifted teens and young adults in Aloutia. Students are placed into groups named after famous Aloutian saints, which determines the focus of their classes. - St. L’tsok – justice. Graduates often become judges, courtroom officials, lawkeeper administration. Symbolic monoceros: shortfur - St. Nanaru – biology. Graduates often become doctors, physicians, surgeons, researchers. Symbolic monoceros: longfur - St. Julous – statecraft. Graduates often become politicians, advisers, diplomats, bureaucrats. Symbolic monoceros: roughhide - St. Silvia – engineering/math. Graduates often become engineers, urban planners, actuaries, mathematicians. Symbolic monoceros: scale - St. Baldra – history/society/philosophy. If you are a #writer and ever have trouble with #dialogue tags and the appropriate #comma use, this will help. I was doing it wrong for years and didn't know until an #editor asked me if it was a stylistic choice. This graphic has been a life saver for me.
