Honestly, I don’t trust my state electeds with $$ from the Dept. Of Ed. Why would I? They are being sued by STUDENTS for years of underfunding, didn’t fund transportation fully, hate public education and have a fetish for charters and vouchers. It’s not the Dept. Of Ed, it’s the KY General Assembly.
