This is spot on. Intolerance is the basis for so much cruelty and abuse. It is also boring, base, and ignorant. “The rules by which we live by.” Just be “normal.” - bah - the bane of humanity.
This is especially true for Right Wing Authoritarian personalities. They prioritize "normal" and feel safest when their choices are simple (or made for them) and conform to the group. That level of comfort is easily threatened. Liberals tend to like novelty and choice and difference. Good video.
