@teamtram.bsky.social started by fighting for her neighbors in the MA State House. Now, she’s running for Congress—because our communities deserve someone who’s walked in their shoes.

This is what building the bench looks like: local leaders rising to shape the future.

I caught the “political bug” at Northeastern — and thanks to @runforsomething.net, so many young leaders are finding their spark too.

Democracy needs all of us: organizers, advocates, mentors, first-time candidates, & the friends who cheer them on.

I’m Tram T. Nguyen -- State Rep, attorney, and a refugee who escaped an authoritarian regime to come to America at 5 years old.

I’m running for Congress in MA-06! This moment is TOO IMPORTANT to sit out. Our rights, our democracy, and our future are on the line.

Tram Nguyen for Congress
At just five years old, I fled communism with my family and came to America as a refugee with only $100 and a dream. I’ve spent my life standing up for people who have been ignored or underestimated. ...

Heartbroken by today’s attack in Grand Blanc Township. No one should fear for their lives at home, at school, at work, or in their communities.

Gun violence is a crisis. Stronger background checks, limits on assault weapons, and red flag laws can save lives. We must act now.

Glad to join my colleagues in passing legislation that delivers critical Ch. 90 funding to help cities and towns repair infrastructure and address climate impacts on transportation. This investment supports resilient, community-focused planning.

The bill now goes to the Governor for her signature.

BIG WIN FOR INCLUSIVE HEALTHCARE!

I proudly voted for a bill (S.2543) that makes Massachusetts a safe haven — protecting patients, providers, and advocates of reproductive and gender-affirming care.

No matter what happens in Washington, we will defend your rights here at home. #MAPoli

Congressional Republicans just passed the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” — but there’s nothing beautiful about slashing Medicaid, Medicare, clean energy jobs, and public education.

This bill is reckless, harmful, and prioritizes the wealthy over working families.

We deserve better.

Happy Juneteenth!

Also known as Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, or Emancipation Day, Juneteenth celebrates the day, June 19, 1865, when Texas became the last state to receive the news of the Emancipation Proclamation. Wishing everyone a safe and joyful holiday.

I’m heartbroken and horrified by the targeted killing of Minnesota Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark, and the shooting of Senator John Hoffman and his wife Yvette. I’m praying for their full recovery.

Proud to contribute to @newdealleaders.bsky.social' new report on how local leaders can defend clean energy progress when federal action falters.
In MA, we’re cutting red tape to accelerate the transition.

Trump’s move to ban international students from Harvard isn’t just cruel — it’s unconstitutional and un-American. As a HKS alum, I spoke out against this dangerous attack on academic freedom, immigrant communities, and our nation’s role as a global leader.

Our hearts are full this Mother’s Day as we think about all those who love and care for children. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and these days, that’s more true than ever! Wishing a very happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, caretakers, and nurturers!

The chilling seizure and detainment of Rumeysa Ozturk is deeply disturbing. Due process and free speech are fundamental, yet she has been denied both.

We should all be outraged! We must fight back—demand answers, transparency, and her immediate release.
