An update on #BotanyBoysVN: the team has decided we'll release an extended demo by the end of next week, which will include a little bit of Finley's route. We'll also keep adding to the demo with bits of the other routes.

Hey, guys, sorry for lack of updates this week. The team's been pretty busy with summer ending so development has slowed down a bit, and I haven't really been checking social media (whoops). But we're still working our hardest!

I realized I had posted the concept designs for the other boys in #BotanyBoysVN but not Theo since he needed a whole ass sheet to himself. Ignore the one that's partially erased--dragged that portion to his final design in the corner.

Multiple designs are shown in a grid with three rows, which are labeled A, B, and C, and four columns. A1's design is very pirate-like in appearance, featuring a puffy blouse, belt with square buckle, and thigh-high boots. A2's design features a long-sleeved shirt with ruffles at the cuffs, waist-high pants with four buttons in the front and flaring at the ankles, and simple shoes with a stripe going down the middle. A3's design is almost priest-like with something resembling a stole on top of a shirt that flares at the wrists and pants that are long and flowy. A4's design is reminiscent of a superhero, featuring a bodysuit with a braided design running down the sides into knee-high boots. A long cape completes the look. B1's design has the torso almost completely erased. However, baggy cargo pants are still visible. B2's design includes a choker, a puffy blouse with a wide, ruffled crewneck collar and melon sleeves that stop at the elbow. A waist corset cinches the shirt and has a small half-skirt flowing off the back end. B3's design is butler-like with a simple vest on top of a shirt that is rolled up at the sleeves and features simple slacks and shoes. B4's design is pirate-like, depicting a coat with tassels hanging off the shoulders, a belt holding up baggy pants, and knee-high boots that are folded over at the top. C1's design has a shirt similar to B2's with the puffy melon sleeves at the elbows and wide collar. A corset with shoulder straps and a long piece of fabric hanging off the back lays on top of the blouse. C2's design has a simple T-shirt with a turtleneck collar and loose, flowy pants held up by a braided belt. C3's design seems inspired by Chinese men's hanfu at the top and women's modern qipao at the bottom (ending at the knees). Knee-length leggings are seen under the outfit. C4's design depicts a cape covering the right shoulder, a shirt with short, ruffled sleeves tied at the waist by a ribbon, and fabric in the back with a scalloped edge.

I'm probably going to lower posts to just once a week. But, in terms of updates, the team has made some progress on Finley's route! I'm hoping it'll be done by the end of summer. We're also discussing whether we're going to branch out and tackle multiple routes at once--more updates on that later.

Last post for #pride month! We have Bella from #BotanyBoysVN with the genderqueer flag palette. She doesn't become a magical girl in the story, but, if she did, I'd imagine she'd look something like this.
