Rest in peace, Alice.
‘Death remains my intimate shadow partner. It has been with me since birth, always hovering close by. I understand one day we will finally waltz together into the ether. I hope when that time comes, I die with the satisfaction of a life well-lived, unapologetic, joyful, & full of love.’

Stanford researchers found that AI-generated "workslop" is actually making people less productive, in part because workers have to correct errors or decode the useful information/intent buried in a flood of auto-generated garbage:
AI-Generated “Workslop” Is Destroying Productivity
Despite a surge in generative AI use across workplaces, most companies are seeing little measurable ROI. One possible reason is because AI tools are being used to produce “workslop”—content that appea...

I think it’s high time we take back the national narrative. For centuries Americans of all races, genders, religions, and abilities have worked to create a more perfect union, and we should shout from the rooftops that WE are America. Not these idiot white supremacist authoritarians.

PSA: You cannot test once and assume you don’t have #covid. It took 4 tests over 4 days after my symptoms started for me to show a positive result. My mother and father contracted Covid in the ICU as there are no mitigation protocols whatsoever and though I masked 24/7, I still contracted it.

Excellent read. “Hope is our strength. Decency is how we get there. To live decent lives is what we can do for others and ourselves with our bodies and our ideas and our votes…Decency brings light into darkness. It is how we win.”

FTA: "So many children are getting Long COVID because so many children are getting COVID. Over and over again.... COVID causes Long COVID, and children are not “immune” to COVID, they are not becoming healthier with each infection, and the adults around them are doing nothing to mitigate the virus."
After abandoning every mitigation and infecting kids repeatedly, our media wants to know: why do so many children have Long COVID?

My latest looks at the newest research, the comforting lies that just won't die, and how we got here:

Long COVID is Now the Number One Chronic Illness in Children
Repeatedly mass infecting kids with COVID is not a public health strategy. It's a fast pass to declining population health

Gonna say something obvious to most: real masculinity defends the defenseless, punches up not down, has compassion, and fights only on behalf of others to battle injustice or evil.

It doesn’t just lift weights and tweet in all caps and listen to Rogan and grow a beard to feel accepted by other men

Why?
Because misinformation kills.
