Theatre by the Lake are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Dame Patricia Routledge. As one of our patrons, she has always been an integral part of our venue’s history. A legend of the stage and screen, she'll be greatly missed. Our condolences to all whose lives she touched at this time.

Absolutely loved my second #CumbrianCreatives night at @tbtlake.bsky.social this week. Still can't quite say "I'm a writer" without cringing when other creatives ask what I do though 😅

Highly recommend Di and Viv and Rose, on for another 2 weeks. We laughed, we cried, we danced in our seats 🤩
