All these replacement buses on and off since 2016 on the Pakenham, Cranbourne, Frankston and Sunbury lines, has all been for the big day tomorrow:

I'm proud to have been driving some of these replacement buses since January of 2023.

Yesterday I completed my last Metro Trains replacement bus standby shift for unplanned disruptions for the current contract holder of the replacement bus service.
The new contract holder of the train replacement bus services begin operations on Monday at 3am local time. I wish them good luck.

Glen Waverley line bus replacement, Limited Express and stopping all stations buses both scheduled to leave Richmond at the same time.
Guess which service got to Glen Waverley first?
Stopping all stations. Because too many people wanted Limited Express, it departed Richmond 5 minutes late.
