🪸 The planet is on the brink of its first catastrophic climate tipping point.

This will translate into more floods, droughts, heatwaves and wildfires in our backyards.

🇪🇺 We urge the EU leaders to be ambitious in their climate targets.

9-month-old Mohamat died of malaria in Cameroon. Before U.S. aid cuts, he likely would have survived. Malaria deaths are rising after years of progress. Abrupt and irresponsible budget cuts can have deadly consequences.

Police waste £3m arresting climate protesters while the real criminals continue to overheat the planet.
By Graham Wroe In August 2024, Reclaim the Power was organising a climate protest camp near Drax Power Station, the UK’s single largest carbon emitter. But it never happened as police arrested many of the organisers before it began. The protest camp was to involve “six days of workshops, communal living and direct action to crash Drax’s profits”. Following the arrests, the camp was cancelled because the police had seized the necessary equipment.
