Today is National Sorry Day - a time to reflect on the enduring pain experienced by the Stolen Generations. Sorry also means committing to stand against racism and ensuring this harm doesn’t happen again.

This project holds a special place in my heart. I learnt to swim in these waters. Every oyster filters a bathtub of water every day. The project will clean our waterways, provide habitat for sea creatures and restore our environment.
Mission to return flat oysters to Sydney gets millions to bring 'nature back into our suburbs'
Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek made the announcement on Friday as part of $107 million for urban river revitalisation projects around the country.
