Ich hatte die letzten Tage die Gelegenheit, auf zwei Testfahrten des neuen ICE L (Talgo) mitzufahren 🚄

Meiner Meinung nach ein ganz solider Zug. Nicht weniger laufruhig als andere ICE, zudem mir gefällt die familiäre Atmosphäre mit den kurzen Wagen. Cool ist natürlich v.a. der ebenerdige Einstieg
ICE 1149 bestehend aus einem Vectron-Sandwich 193 448 und 193 440 mit 17 ICE-L-Wagen dazwischen bei der Einfahrt in den Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof Blick entlang des ICE L mit seinen vielen kurzen Wagen beim Halt des ICE 1149 im Bahnhof Löhne (Westfalen) Tür an Wagen 13 mit ebenerdigem Einstieg und Spaltüberbrückung, wie man es aus Regionalzügen oder Straßenbahnen kennt Blick in einen 1.-Klasse-Wagen mit 2+1-Bestuhlung, Überkopfablagen und einem Gepäckregal ganz links

While Saturday was the world premiere of Talgo 230, today was the official inauguration of DSB service with Talgo 230. I was lucky enough to join the first departure from Copenhagen towards Hamburg with speeches, flags, and official celebrations! @talgo.com

Talgo 230 trains today started official commercial service in Denmark and Germany in the Copenhagen-Hamburg route served by Denmark state rail operator DSB

This landmark development happens just two weeks after the formal acceptance of the first units

Today was the first revenue service of a Talgo 230 set. DSB and @talgo.com have made a comfortable and quiet train, which will be a pleasure to travel with. My only complaint is the missing dining car!

🚄🇩🇪 The new ICE L sets will enter service with the next timetable change in December, initially on the Berlin-Cologne route. The L stands for low-floor entry, the main feature of the trains built by @talgo.com. This week, I saw one of them next to Warschauer Straße station.
