What the coming five months feel like to me. On this Daylight Robbery Day™, I once again desperately wish they abolished the changing of the clocks and kept summer time year round. At least this shot from Westward Ho! was taken this past February, when things were improving again.

One of my favourites from my trip to northern Scotland back in June. The sun setting close to midnight, creating a halo against those wonderful striations in the clouds over the Island of Stroma, seen from the chalet at John O'Groats I was staying in. Absolutely love Scotland!

In June 2022 I drove all the way from the UK to Greece instead of flying, which was a nice adventure. This was the view as I crossed the Adriatic, with the ripples from the ship's wake nicely highlighted by the fading light in the sky.

One of my favourite shots from last year's visit to Cornwall, my favourite part of England. This was at Porthleven harbour in December, so it was bitterly cold and the wind was harsh, but I resisted for about 20 minutes taking tons of pictures and some videos too.

Back on my favourite road on Naxos again... I've seen many a gorgeous sunset in 33 years of visiting this island, but what I experienced tonight was one of the most breathtaking ones I've ever witnessed anywhere in the world!

Very interesting light today down at Plaka beach. I don't come this way very often, as the southwestern flank of Naxos is extremely touristy, but it does have some great photo spots too, and the colours this afternoon were almost Nordic in feel.
