Took me 27mins to realise that Nedved hadn't joined Newcastle in the summer and Anthony Gordon has just grown his hair long. In my defence I didn't have the sound on.

I think I got sunstroke from being outside today... For one second there I thought I'd just watched Chelsea beating PSG 3 nil in the Club World Cup Final. Delirious

It won't count but seeing that Delap take round and finish 🤩. I had forgotten what that looked like from a Chelsea striker. No disrespect to Jackson who I like, but I was ready to watch Delap lose control and dribble the ball to the keeper or run it wide cross it back and out for a throw

What I've seen of Estevao* is: brilliant in the build up but lacks the final finish/ball. He'll fit right in at Chelsea then! I joke. Maresca will coach him into a world class winger like he has with the current lot. I joke. EM will prob play him at left back. I not joke.

Enzo Maresca is one lucky boy. If he scrapes top 5 and the UECL and claims this has been a good season, he will be glossing over performances like tonight.

Travelling from Warwick to Stamford Bridge for Chelsea v Djurgarden tonight. Will be in MHU. First game I've been to under the new owners.
I'm wearing the 2001 shirt. Reminds me of my favourite player (Super Frank) wearing it when he signed for us back in 2001. £11m no less! Bargain
