After a year of Drs apps and tests, I was finally diagnosed 😭 I wouldn’t say i’m “happy” to have HEDS and POTS (and potentially MCAS) but I feel relief knowing I am in fact chronically ill and require treatment and specialized PT. Now I can finally stop gaslighting myself and my pain 🥲
