4/4 that floods me with tons of irrelevant bullshit because the algorithm dev is convinced it will rile me up and is sure I want to buy indestructible RC planes, mushroom coffee alternative (whole different story), or some smartphone zoom lens that can use to see Area51 from Miami.

3/n So I’ll admit I never learned how to thread on the other site. Probably because I never used their native app. And partially because I refuse to capitulate to the demands of terrorists. I should learn here, because I’ve enjoyed being able to have something like the other site without an app

2/n So I go to the multi-post format which generally goes 1 of 2 ways. A) I get inundated with demands that I thread my post like I owe it to them. B) A single part of the post gets cherry picked in order to create a “gotcha” moment like a hit man in the middle of the night.

For years I’ve been primarily a lurker on social media. Those who know me would tell you that I’m an extrovert. I look at your shoes and mine when we talk face to face. I’m a terrible writer which makes sharing complete thoughts in a few hundred characters terrifying. 1/n
