Trying to close a New Relic account feels like a trap.
1. Follow instructions & downgrade to free.
2. Try cancel from UI. Told to contact support.
3. Accessing support requires a paid package.
4. Try the public forum, lots of closure requests there. Somehow blocked from posting..
