My pettiest pet peeve is that writing "now a tv show/movie!" on a book cover must die. It's so maddeningly disrespectful to books as a whole. "Please buy me, you will hardly read me but I promise I'm a great merch to to something you will actually enjoy!"

Slovak election results are disappointing and worrying, to put it mildly. But it's still a marginal improvement over the previous government. The two most openly alt-right parties are out, and there's a sliver of hope that PS will manage a decent coalition
