#Fridaythe13th turns 45 this year. Is there any better evening to watch it then Friday the 13th in the middle of June to celebrate it’s 45th anniversary? Along with #TexasChainsawMassacre and #Halloween it further rejuvenated the slasher film at the third of the 80s #filmsky

Is the live action adaptation of #HowToTrainYourDragon necessary? No. Are the creative minds behind it aware that it is simply a cash grab for Universal? Absolutely. Knowing this, do they at least make a proper effort to deliver a fun movie that harbors the spirit of this IP? YUP!

Ads for #Materialists have definitely put it out to be a romcom. It goes far beyond that. A look at modern romance and dating, centered around the themes of status and expectation, its a sophomore effort from Celine Song that is aesthetically strong, but a bit under developed character wise #filmsky

I don’t think #WesAnderson has ever made a bad movie. There’s just those I love more than others. #ThePhoenicianScheme may not be among us best, but it’s still embodies the spirit of an entertaining West Anderson movie.

Went to see #DOGMA on the big screen tonight. The kid scanning everyone’s ticket decided to make it a point to make smug comments at everyone going to see the movie that he thinks Kevin Smith is a hack. Dude, keep that to yourself. No one asked your opinion. Do that shit on Letterboxd #filmsky

Mischievous, adorable, and ultimately heartfelt. #LiloandStitch represents a certain peak for Disney’s 2-D animation legacy. I completely understand why this film is so popular.

Y’all need a pilot? #FlightRisk is simple, forgettable, has some pretty bad CGI, and lacks a lot of logic, specifically around Mark Wahlberg’s character playing a hitman. If you look closely enough, you’ll notice the stubble where he shaved his hair off.
