This is a terrible loss for the students at Haskell and for our community. I am heartbroken.
My first job after the PhD involved working closely with students from Haskell Indian Nations University, a neighbor to University of Kansas. Students there represent 140+ tribes from across the nation and many of my Haskell students became lifelong friends.
