Liver Function Tests
Compared to AST, ALT elevation is much more specific for the liver.
ALT will also remain elevated for much longer than AST and can often take weeks to return to normal levels in the setting of acute hepatic injury.

A radiological finding that occurs when the affected portion of the lung expands, displacing the adjacent fissure.
It's often seen in the right upper lobe (RUL) of the lung and is classically associated with Klebsiella pneumonia.
