I have yet to see an argument that gerrymandering can backfire. If X party gerrymanders, they are spreading X voters across more seats. At an extreme some seats may shift from, say, 75% X voters to 55%. If there is a 10 point shift to party Y, X could lose all their seats.

Is there any chance or any way the lower courts can or will revolt against these supreme court rulings? When does this shit stop? #SCOTUS

I agree. I am considering switching back to Independent until the Dems can find a leader and their message. We need to see wartime leadership.
I really would like to stop receiving fundraising emails and texts from every Democratic candidate in every district in every state over and over. Despite my saying STOP and blocking the senders, they keep showing up.

They're oversaturating their market and driving away loyal donors. Screw 'em.

#NYTimes has to get a spine and stop calling these "deportations". Without due process this is kidnapping and maybe human trafficking.

"urge". Wimps.

That violates the Federal Records Act. As if law and order still matters.
Old enough to remember Signalgate.

Apparently journalists (not Kyle) have forgotten all about it.
JUST IN: CIA confirms that when it scanned Director Ratcliffe's phone for Signalgate messages, they were gone.

Maybe FBI should investigate. Oh, wait. Forget it. Sigh.

When can someone in congress call out the "walks like a duck, talks like a duck" with Trump's allegence to Russia? So many dots connected. How many does it take? #Russia #RussianPuppet Have we seen any counter facts? None.

DOGE has yet to give cost-benefit arguments for their cuts. They might be justified if we were paying for someone to do nothing. But in most cases the cuts will lead to losses, either immediate or down the road. Eg, fire a food inspector and then pay to treat food poisoning cases in 6 months.
Oh my God if this is true

This sums up the change in the world view of the US under Trump. Recall Canadian hockey fans a year ago singing the US anthem. m.youtube.com/watch?v=R18h... Contrast that with the reaction this weekend. youtu.be/K3GuPv0r_cA?... #OhCanada

Cognitive Dissonance. Kid Rock on Bill Mahar proposed some reasonable rules for concert ticket sellers. No extra fees. Limits on resale prices. Etc.
But who does he think in Maga World will enforce those? FTC, CFPB, and other watchdogs being gutted.
Regulations on corporates = consumer protections.

Spot on. This is similar to writing an email subject line that your target buyer will read on. It has to strike home.
If you can't convince a single person in a conversation to pay you for your product...

What makes you think you can write a landing page that will?

Sales don't come after launching.

They come before.

Is Musk guilty of elder abuse ?
So, President-elect Musk and his puppet tank a bipartisan bill that’s been 3 months in the making, and Republicans are trying to blame Dems for the impending shutdown?

Aht aht.

Dems did their job. The Republican-led House failed to do theirs.
