It's fine that he's using his powers to protect his kid from the rest of the harm he'd exposed his kid to, just deeply annoying that *this* was where he finally decided that something was more important than the performance of propriety
It's true it was a malicious political prosecution; it's also true that all the way back in 2019 it was obvious that Hunter Biden would be an easy target and that Joe Biden was sacrificing his damaged son on the altar of his own ego by choosing to run for president

That margin will have enormous consequences. But it’s small enough that instead of debating which vulnerable groups and standards of decency Dems should abandon, they could just focus on how to better defend both.

This because Democrats are good at organizing, and have good policy, but they're terrible at communicating it. Trump speaks to the morons he has, and Democrats often speak to the morons they wish they had. Also: STOP THROWING PROGRESSIVES AWAY. They will stay home, they've proven it. #democrats
Writing more on this for tomorrow, but the Dem ground game in the target states really did its job. Had Trump only gotten as many votes as he did in 2020, Harris would have held Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and would be losing Michigan right now by fewer than 600 votes.
