US funding for basic science is very important, but this was done by *Canadian* researchers and the pharma company is *Danish* (you know, the two formerly close allies the US is now threatening).

I just started reading Hillary Clinton's 'Something Lost, Something Gained' but I feel like I need to put aside until I'm in a better head space. #BookSky, if you've finished it- will it help with coping with the all the crap this week or make me weep for democracy?
