Did some decorating today.
This is newsprint that has been dipped in water and applied to the pot. Then I applied white underglaze.
I’ve got a batch of 6 of these little bud vases and hoping to get em bisqued next week.

Trimming a clock yesterday and the clay curls looked like new tiny ferns. And then I felt the sharp sting remembering despite being a decent plant lady I can’t keep a fern alive to save my life. 🤦🏼♀️ why are they so finicky?
