The talk about Saudi Arabia’s promised $1 trillion investment in the US was just the cover story. What the US really got from the meeting with MBS was a promise not to object or intervene in our effort to seize Venezuela’s oil.

If the Venezuelan sailors were enemy combatants, then the 2nd strike is a war crime.

If the Venezuelan sailors weren’t enemy combatants, then both strikes are criminal murder.

It’s that simple.

Every American needs to call their senators, representatives, the speaker of the house, the White House and everyone else they can think of to ask who just bought a piece of our military. We the people deserve to know who’s calling the shots.
Hey, just want to mumble that this is wildly illegal and inappropriate and would prompt impeachment proceedings if we still had a functional Congress instead of one run by a blind, deaf and mute Renfeld wannabe.
New: The Pentagon confirms to CNN it will funnel $130M from an anonymous Trump “friend” toward military pay.

Asked about the donor’s identity and any foreign or domestic entanglements, the WH referred questions to DoD. DoD then referred questions back to the WH

Who bought the US military? We the people deserve to know.
If members of the United States military are truly being paid their salaries by a private individual, the American people should know who that individual is. Now.

I’m sorry. I can’t hear you until
You consider the countless threats against brown and black
People in this country. Deal with that first, then I’ll listen.

That’s it in a nutshell. Now scale that up to industry after industry.
Trumpnomics: Get tariff money from US consumers on Chinese goods. Our farmers can’t sell their products because the Chinese refuse to pay our tariffs. China buys from farmers in Argentina instead. We send Argentina $20 billion. Then we pay our farmers to throw their crops away.

Remember, this is what led to the arrest of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (which led to the arrest of Congresswoman LaMonica McIver): the city's concerns that the building was not inhabitable.

After that, inmates escaped thru a drywall exterior wall.
This is the real reason D☭Иald TЯUM₽ and Kowsplay Kristi is sending the military into Portland. There's no unrest there. It's their small dick dicktator response to protecting ICE. ICE is violating a land-use permit issued by the City of Portland.

Clearly the regime doesn’t want agents who care about racial justice. But white supremacy? Hell yeah. This regime is all about that.

A master class in how to respond.
Next time someone on the right claims all the political violence in this country is coming from the left, not the right, do please show them this.

You're welcome

But the MAGA crowd abhors political violence. 🙄
I am just going to keep posting that the TX governor recently pardoned a political murderer.

The dude texted "I'm going to shoot protestors", then went and shot a Black Lives Matter protester. He was convicted in a jury trial.

Hard to find a more blatant example of celebrating political violence.
Gov. Greg Abbott pardons Daniel Perry, veteran who killed police brutality protester in 2020
A Travis County jury sentenced Perry to 25 years in prison last year, prompting Abbott to ask the state parole board to review his case.

Librarians are magic. Absolute heroes in disguise.
Today I was in a school library with a trained librarian. The school includes unhoused children and the kids of university professors. Watching how the librarian made all the kids feel welcome. Seeing the stiff, tense, worried body language soften. As they saw, maybe there is a space for me here. 💜

I wish we could all learn this lesson faster.
If I could impart one lesson to everyone left of center it is that sanitized language has nothing to do with the moral high ground

Anyone else disturbed by the Alligator Alcatraz products for sale on Etsy? I contacted their customer support to tell them how I feel about that. Maybe we all should. Platforming the glorification of a concentration camp is sick.

Who hold the cards now? Xi. But he always held them. And he knew it.

After all of this regime’s bluster and chest beating, we’re now going hat in hand to China for help.

Typical “art of the deal” BS. What a loser we have in the White House.
