The 4th Conference of the Women’s Media Union was held in Qamishlo under the slogan “By developing the Free Media Union, we will be the voice of the women’s revolution.” A new 31-member council was elected, honoring women’s struggle for truth and a free, democratic society.

Amira Mohammed, a commander in the Women’s Protection Units (YPJ), said: “We reject any mentality that excludes women or denies their role. From North and East Syria, we will keep fighting for freedom and dignity for all Syrian women.”

On the 33rd anniversary of the martyrdom of the struggler Berîtan Hevî, we remember the symbol of resistance and dignity who has always inspired us to continue the struggle for women’s freedom and justice. We will never forget, and our pledge to follow her path remains unbroken.

Zenobia Women’s Assembly launched campaigns in Raqqa and Tabqa, reaching over 11,500 women, focusing on economic and social empowerment and combating violence. Kongra Star also launched a unified Syrian campaign for a free and democratic Syria.
