I’m not a law professor but this is what I want to be doing with my law degree right now
Not to diminish law review articles & law school committee work, but right now law professors should be working collectively on an intellectual & service project of immense, existential importance: building consensus around a revolutionary constitutional framework-of a Reconstruction 2.0 magnitude.

NEW: Data shows ICE arrests are surging in Kentucky, and local jails are playing a key role.
Between inauguration day in January and the end of July, Kentucky saw 1,293 ICE arrests. That’s a 37.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

I think some platforms are trickier but there’s no reason for anyone to be posting their takes on X instead of here, it’s basically a 1:1. stop giving money to the hitler salute guy

one thing basic income would do to restore the social fabric of society is make poor people not have to exploit each other & their families for social security checks to survive. it’s rough out here
