This week, our ever active Yr 8 boys enjoyed a great Squash session, delivered by @coolhurstrackets coach Daniel Moreno. This is the 3rd session out of 6 which sees CoolHurst Tennis & Squash Club partner with St. Aloysius' College in order to expose the students to new sports.

Twenty students from our Years 7 and 8 recently ventured to the British Library for a brilliantly inspiring creative writing workshop called 'Write Here'. The boys were asked to produce a piece of creative writing set at the British library, using so-called 'immersive methods'.

Our Yr 9 team has reached the Islington & Camden Cup final after defeating Highbury Grove School 4-3 on Monday! This is the first time in 4 years that we've had more than one year group reach a final, and it will be this current Year 9 team's first ever final for the school. 😃

Shakespearian wisdom brought to life! Our Year 7 actors deliver some classics of the famous bard with gusto, fusing memorising skills and oracy. We applaud the confidence with which the boys delivered their lines and say a big Thank You to Ms Doorly for preparing our young thespians so wonderfully.

Our Year 12 #youngentrepreneur students brought their unique t-shirt range to @oldspitalfieldsmarket the other day and were excited to show the two designs on offer - Union Jack and F40 - to the wider public. Like last year, the programme runs in partnership with Channing School.

Last month, a group of students attended a viewing of the film documentary Wilding, together with other local secondary school pupils. Based on the book of the same name by Isabella Tree, the documentary showed the dramatic transformation of the Knepp Estate in Sussex. 1/3 🧵

'Tina - the musical' enjoys rave reviews universally & now some of our students are singing its praises, too. A group of 9 boys made their way to the Aldwych Theatre in London's West End to watch the production that is based on the life of the late great soul and pop legend. 1/2
