National Guard troops don't sign up to be used as political pawns. They sign up to serve their country, not needlessly deploy to American cities to pick up garbage. These two soldiers should be alive right now and at home with their families for Thanksgiving. I'm furious.

Third thing is tell your friends and family who enjoy the genre about it. Word of mouth wins the day.
If you like an author's work, the best thing you can do is buy it. The second best thing you can do is ask your local library to buy it. Or, do both!

The depth of the shame of a country this wealthy and abundant allowing its people to go hungry is impossible to measure. The fact that a handful of people could fix this by paying their fair share of taxes while still remaining obscenely wealthy makes it even worse.

I went to the Beaverton (Portland, OR 'burbs) protest yesterday which was an hour of speeches and then a walk. Some engine revving during the speeches. 1 trump 2028, 1 go trump said from two stopped cars while marching. Said, not yelled. I pointed to my sign,"This says impeach trump, not go, silly."
