The UK agreed to this goal at COP15.

It was always going to be hard.

But (in its current form) the Planning Bill is set to make it near impossible.

MPs must pause Part III of the Bill.

The @wildjustice.bsky.social petition to ban driven grouse shooting has passed 97,000 signatures thanks to you. petition.parliament.uk/petitions/70...

Even I am fairly confident that we'll get 100,000 signatures, triggering a Westminster parliament debate, by 22 May. 22 April would be even better!

Support Sian Berry’s #GoPesticideFree bill, scheduled for debate 25th April, which would ban local councils in England from using pesticides in public spaces. No more poison in our streets and parks! Contact your MP using the link below:

This shocking violation of a place of worship is a direct result of crackdowns on protest and dissent - freedom of speech, assembly and democracy are at risk.🕊️

Not where you expect to see a bird's nest? 🤔

You might think that most birds nest in trees and bushes, but a wide variety of species actually nest on the ground – which makes them, their eggs and and their (incredibly cute and fluffy) chicks vulnerable to human disturbance.

Hi! Tosca would like to ask you to vote for One Garden Against the World in the People’s Book Prize. This will help get a book about biodiversity and climate more attention and could (?!) lead to more gardens for wildlife. We’ve got to dream, right? Thank you!!

I'm giving a talk in Preston on Stour, near #Stratford-upon-Avon, this Spring. It's for Preston Environmental Group, who I last spoke to ten years ago when they first formed... but they've kept back some tickets for non-members, if anyone's interested? #bees
