How much involvement did the CEOs of AI companies have in developing the AI? Probably minimal I'd guess and they plan to replace all the people that got them where they are with the very thing they helped create. They are just investors that had a head start and the money to buy talent for peanuts.

This is a red flag to me, this wasn't even a concern during my 21 years in the Army. What this says is that Soldiers (who train as they fight) are expecting to be in situations where they are trying to move undetected in an environment where they are going to have to avoid surveillance from the air.
