Well I guess permanent pain is now my life. Been told by the doctor that I need to reduce my use due to the effect it can have on my insides. Maybe I need to look at holistic options for back pain. Anyone had success with it?

Typical….all week I have literally had to drag myself out of my warm cosy bed to go to work. A day off and my brain wakes me up before my alarm would have gone off if it were a weekday….F**K you brain!

Received a reform leaflet through the door today. My cats have decided it’s not good enough to line their litter trays so have thrown it straight in the bin
