A number of MPs from Staffordshire have signed the Holocaust Educational Trust’s book of commitments.

This year marks the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, and today is Holocaust Memorial Day.

This evening many public buildings will be lit up in purple as a sign of unity.

About 11 loads of soil (about 18 tonnes a go) have moved each day from Tamworth Road and transported to a building site near Branston.

These photos were taken mid-morning yesterday, and by the end of the day, 16 loads were taken away. 👌

Dame Karen Bradley attended her investiture on Wednesday at Windsor Castle, and formally accepted her honour from HRH The Princess Royal.

Last week was too cold 🥶 for much work and this week may be too wet 💦, but our Tamworth Road volunteers have managed to continue with the brickwork on the towpath side and backfill it.
