When the AI bubble finally bursts, I'm going to raise my editing and writing rates to triple digits per hour out of pure spite. Coulda hired me before, but you wanted to be a water-poisoning plagiarist instead ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Creator Bless the crew and cast of Heated Rivalry for giving me ammunition with producers now for why Canadian content doesn't have to be America Jr.

I really love seeing real life professions react to how they're portrayed on screen. As a screenwriter, there's some stuff you leave out for the sake of the story. I saw a doctor saying something like real ER doctors don't talk that long with patients like they do on the PITT.

Loving that post I just saw of a user asking why they haven't "fully adapted King's It" and everyone was like

Media literacy is dead: what do you mean all of the welcome to derry's audience is like "What's in the box"

THEY SHOW YOU.

I'm not watching Euphoria but I've seen a lot of clips on Tiktok and it boggles the mind that the actress who plays Maddie is not a bigger thing. I mean I know why her Jeans costar is being pushed to the moon but Alexa Demie is really talented.

That image of the Native Warrior seeing It as a White Priest with a demonic baby Jesus on this week's episode of Welcome to Derry both triggered the hell out of me but also pissed me off because I cannot believe I didn't think of it first.

One of my love languages is giving friends cool gifts that they immediately freak out over. My best friend is a huge fan of Deadpool and has basically every single piece of memorabilia EXCEPT the Deadpool branded Coke cans. I got him two and for a man who doesn't show emotion, he showed a lot <3

What good news to wake up to.
BREAKING: The Supreme Court just rejected Alex Jones’s appeal, keeping the $1.4 billion judgment against him over his false claims that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax.

It's truth and reconciliation day. A day that can be pretty hard for the Indigenous folks.

I didn't get to learn my ancestral language as a child and I'm learning to now and it low key feels like I'm learning Elvish because of the poetry of trying to translate a concept that doesn't exist in English but exists in Cree.

I say this as someone who writes about Hollywood and entertainment for a living: People have got to stop thinking Hollywood is one monolithic mass. The creatives are a wholly different group than studio executives. The former group keeps making art despite the latter.

“In the beginning, the bang buses were spaced by 24 weeks. Then 12, then 6, then every 2 weeks. The last one in Sydney was a week. In four days, we could be seeing a bang bus every eight hours, until they are coming every four minutes. Marshal, we should witness a double event within seven days!”

Unexpectedly ended up babysitting my two nephews and was given the go-ahead by their health conscious father to "go crazy" regarding getting them a snack.

We got ice cream and I bought them novelty gummies in the shape of a pizza slice and a coke bottle.
