It took SO long to get that policy passed requiring passengers to be reimbursed when their wheelchairs were damaged by an airline. Allowing them to keep getting away with this is disgusting.

I want this so much, especially with how Alabama makes it so hard to get solar and Alabama Power is allowed to charge us a penalty for it.
Some good news! These plug-in systems are all over Europe, whereas rooftop solar in the US is stupidly tied up in red tape, making it costly. All states should adopt this, like Utah did. And entirely nonpartisan—which is a weird thing to have to say about clean energy.
New Hampshire and Vermont could be next to introduce "balcony solar"
Cheap, plug-in systems that reduce people's bills without red tape are piquing bipartisan interest.
