Arsenal die-hard, fan of all Boston teams, father of two boys, lover of action movies and soul/funk music. Fuck Trump and Elon Musk and all who support them.
Will be the biggest Paraguay, Australia and EUR Playoff Winner fan come June!

If I’m Liverpool I’m doing anything I can to get my hands on Anderson or Wharton next summer. Arsenals been dominant today but Anderson is quite the player.

Always a good reminder that Dan Burn is a huge douchebag.

Arsenal are going to beat Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday and I can’t wait.

N’Diaye and Grealish are a fun pair of ball carrying wingers for Everton. Definitely going to cause teams some problems.

Lololol at City. Fuck those cheats.

YESSSSSS EZE. Orn bomb baby!

I think we need to go out and get another world class forward. I don't think we can or will get involved on Isak. I would love to see if we could tempt Atletico to part with Alvarez, if the rumors of him being discontent are true. He'd be expensive but well worth it.

The Kai injury is so gutting. I am a Kai believer and felt like he should be our #1 striker this season regardless of who we signed, other than Isak. We are really going to miss him against the likes of Liverpool, City and Newcastle.

That was an absolutely dire first half performance by Arsenal. Embarrassing. So lucky to be up by one.

I will be very bummed if we miss out on Eze, especially if he goes to Spurs where I think he will be great. I’ve made no secret of my love of his game and how I think he’d add another X factor to Saka in breaking down tough defenses.

Really need us to sign Eze. This window without him is a good window but not necessarily level raising in my opinion- moreso just shoring up weaknesses and raising the floor. Adding Eze would be a ceiling raiser.

lol at this penalty shootout.

Really loving this summer. Identified areas where we needed quality depth and strengthened with either experience or youth at good values. Using the rest of the budget to add top quality to our attack and midfield.
Kepa,
Zubimendi,
Norgaard,
Madueke,
Gyokeres,
Mosquera

Blimey plus who knows maybe Eze/Rodrygo

The way I will judge this Madueke deal is at the end of the window, when I know the full picture of what our squad looks like and any other business we’ve done.

He definitely has potential but £52m isn't really a "market opportunity" and I don't think he alone changes our attacking fortunes.

Arsenal fans are so fucking embarrassing. I love this club but I can’t stand the majority of my fellow fans. If you can’t get behind a signing or still bang the Arteta out drum then you’re dead to me.
July 11, 2025 at 12:58 PM
The collective head loss by Arsenal fans on the other site is so embarrassing. You’d think we signed Sterling, not Madueke. I think it’s a great signing provided we also bring in Gyokeres and Eze.

I feel pretty confident that's a good quality-to-price ratio in the year of our lord 2025.

I remain concerned about his old tissue injuries. I've been preached calma by people smarter than me, for a player so fast, so young. But it popped up again last year, so...

Love his skills, though.

I think my favorite thing about the Madueke signing is that he’s scored 6 non-penalty goals in his last 84 shots, pretty easily the most barren spell of his career, and that’s still five more goals than Cole Palmer has in his last 84 shots

If I were an Arsenal fan, I too would be upset that my team just signed a really good young player at the most premium position in the sport for less money than two significantly worse players in similar positions were signed for yesterday.

Long read - Been avoiding posting on Arsenal's summer much since it's still so early and there are so many rumors flying around where it's hard to figure out what is true and what is just team/agent spin. However, with the signings we have thus far (Zubimendi, Kepa, Norgaard), I am quite happy.

Madueke is basically what you’re hoping Gittens becomes but even if you’re bullish on Gittens it’s far from a sure thing that happens.
Noni Madueke compated to Jamie Gittens

Gittens is younger and was a bit less of the established starter but Madueke had better numbers overall here (in a tougher league)

I will be interested to see the role Gyökeres starts in. He is absolutely a different player to Havertz but I don’t consider him an obvious upgrade from day one. But with his age/profile, he probably does expect to be the guy. Something to watch
