What Min Solomon is saying, is Canada's identity needs to contain poorly understood technology owned by foreign interests, is not reproducible in Canada due to copyright law Harper signed us up for, & consumes ridiculous amounts of computer resources. Then we can not pay a bunch of people.

Time for that periodic reminder that in most parts of the budget, the largest portion goes toward salaries & benefits (ie: people). Not so in Recreation Facilities. Biggest chunk there goes to service Mosaic Stadium's debt. Friggen millstone around the city's neck, that thing. #yqrcc
